We provide free inspections and estimates for “Non Real Estate”. If you need a “WDIIR” Wood Destroying Insect Infestation Report for the transaction of the sale of a home or if you’re refinancing your home, we can provide this service for a fee.

Each home is different and might be built different depending on many variables. One being the year your home was built. Not all homes require the same method of treatment That’s why we always recommended having one of our certified experienced inspectors come to evaluate your home. When it comes to treating your home, we do try to do the least invasive method as possible to avoid drilling holes and having to see patch marks. Our goal is to make it look like we weren’t there.

Our termite treatments include a minimum 1 year warranty but we can offer up to a 5 year warranty if requested. During your warranty period, you don’t have to pay any additional fees what so ever. This includes service calls, Reinspections or a Retreatment of the area where the termites have returned. Our warranties are transferable to the next owner free of charge, if you ever sell your home.
