Our rodent remediation services can include a varity of steps to ensure your home is rodent proof to no longer allow rats or mice to enter your home. we will propose sealing up the areas using metal screen or concrete to ensure the rats and mice cannot chew through the materials We will not just seal the current areas they’re getting into like our competitors but also the potential areas that can later allow them back inside of the home.

The first step we take is to perform a thorough inspection and identify where the rats or mice are coming from, which consists of inspecting the exterior of your home/property, the roof of your the home and inside of the attic. Once the inspection has been completed, we will have then found out how the rodents are entering and exiting the home.

Once the areas have been sealed, we will then place “Live Traps” around the infested areas where the rodent have been traveling, whether it be in the attic, on the roof or on the outside of the home. This will ensure that if rodents are inside of your attic, they will not be trapped inside and die. If nothing is caught in our traps and the customer is no longer hearing or seeing any activity, this could also mean the rodents were out of the home at the time the home was sealed off.

After this process has been done then we can futher look into what, if any damage they have caused to
the attic.
